Microsoft Teams Video Conference Instructions

We know customers are reluctant to meet face to face right now but with Microsoft Teams, which is a part of Office 365, you can easily video conference and still meet with your customers face to face. Use your notebook, tablet or even your mobile phone with its built-in camera.  

If you use your computer you can share your screen to show your customer a website, datasheet, quote or drawing. If you’re meeting with a principal share with them your AccountReporter Analytics dashboard. You can use the built-in audio of your device if you both have a speaker and microphone. Another option is to turn audio off “mute” and just call them using your speaker on your mobile phone.
