Setup your phone for Office365

To set up your phone so you can get your email, calendar, and contacts from your Office365 account.

*If you were using Traveler or some other service previously you’ll want to delete that from your device.

For iPhone/iPad Users:

  1. Open Settings>Accounts & Passwords
  2. Click Add Account
  3. Click Exchange
  4. Enter your email address (you can fill in the Description field if you’d like) and click Next
  5. Sign In
  6. Enter your Exchange Password and click Sign In
  7. Click Accept
  8. Select the items you want to sync to your device then tap Save (make sure Mail, Contacts, Calendars, are on)

For Android Users:

  1. Go to Settings > Applications (or Apps)
  2. Click on Email (You may have to click on the gear icon)
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Select Corporate (or Exchange)
  5. Enter your email address and Office365 password, tap Sign In
  6. You’ll now see Exchange Server Settings screen while the “retrieving account information” box displays.
  7. A Remote Security Administration box may pop up, tap OK to this message
  8. On the next screen you’ll be able to adjust your mail settings and decide whether to sync calendar, contacts etc to the phone, Once you’ve made your adjustments (if any) tap Next
  9. Tap Done
